I just bought a car that had pre been serviced at Cox and needed to drive it to Sydney. I spoke to Harley and asked if he could provide some information regarding what was previously done. He immediately helped me out whilst maintaining previous clients privacy. Furthermore, I asked him to have a look at an engine light on indicator. He scanned the vehicle which took some time and let me know that it was a trivial issue so he reset the Car's computer for me without charging any fees. He knows I live in Sydney so I am not a regular customer, however; he went above and beyond. If I lived in Melbourne, I would definitely service my car there. Harley is a true Gentleman and Champion. Thank you Harley!

Very prompt service query and technical advice prior to arrival. Works competed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend. I own a few higher end vehicles and these will be bought to Cox exclusively now after my first experience.

I had a good experience with Cox, although the work carried out was much more extensive than I thought would be necessary. They explained what needed to be done clearly and wanted to avoid me bringing back the car in a few months when the front brakes would have definitely needed replacing. As to costs, they were 31% cheaper than South Yarra BMW for a roadworthy certificate so hopefully this cheaper rate of labour applied to the overall service. We messed up booking our return Uber and they were quick to credit us with the fare, which I appreciated.

I highly recommend Cox auto service due to clear communication on condition of the vehicle, prompt responses, expertise on the vehicles, tranperency with pricing, excellent service, detailed service report, and on time service. I have been their returning customer for the past few years and I'm really keen to get my next car service as well. Thanks & Good job Cox Auto!!

What a great experience! I had my 2017 Delica D5 4WD serviced. First service since I bought it. I had no idea what they might find as it was imported with no logbook. The team examined it from top to toe and rang to tell me it was in immaculate condition. Nothing to do except a fresh oil filter and oil change. I’m pretty sure there are not many organisations that would not try to talk customers in to unnecessary spending. The Cox staff are really friendly and respectful, workshop and reception area are immaculate. Definitely a customer for life. Chris. Grey

I’ve chosen Cox Auto to service my cars for many years. The Cox team has always been helpful with comprehensive explanations of the work needed. They are honest in identifying what needs to be done, what is not essential and give me the option to authorise any work. Their workshop and waiting area is spotless which is also an indication of a professional operation. 5 stars for service quality, price and customer service.

I’ve been going to Cox for years servicing different Volvos and they are fantastic. Professional, thorough, and ALWAYS call you to let you know what’s happening with your vehicle BEFORE committing the expenditure. Give good advice such as my experience today where my light bulb went and it was replaced (expensive yes but isn’t everything?). I asked if I should have done both and was told wait until the other goes - it’s a 15 minute job and we will fit you in! They always do fit me in and Esther is getting into her senior years and they still treat her like she was new. Billy, Dinil and the team are great and I recommend them highly.

Only criticism I have is that on the receipt issued, they got my first name wrong and the model of my car. My name IS unusual so I cop that regularly but the car model. Anyway, transmission service was done n dusted n runs smoothly. My car was washed n vacuum editor with me asking, apparently it's part of the service. allow wheels are shiny no brake dust :) I'd recommend Cox as they are located in a great spot, 5 min walk to public transport. Warm in Melbourne atm n got offered a chilled water bottle when I dropped the car off, living locally, they dropped the car off as well [2 min drive] but it all counts to the 5 star rating given. Workshop looked spotless no noise no swearing or workers with attitude. I'll definitely be back.

Dinil is your man! Came there in the morning and went straight into it - finished in a couple of hours. He was very direct, extremely helpful and communication at its finest. Took the Touareg in for a service - came out looking and feeling like an absolute beast. FREE CARWASH - LIKE COME ON! Thanks Cox!

The previous owner of my car had it serviced at Cox and after being burnt by a major dealership (when all they did was wash the car), I decided to take it to Cox as well. And I couldn't be happier with the level of expertise and servicing costs, when it's a Euro car. Even this time around, when I no longer work close by and it's a bit out of my way to come down to South Melbourne, I still decided it's better in their hands than of another service centre. Thanks Harley and the Cox team.
